Michael Stalsberg, President of the Stage One Board of Directors,  and 2020 Rock County Arts Hall of Fame inductee, has been producing and directing shows in Janesville for over 15 years. Memorable directing credits include: Stage One’s 1984, SantaLand Diaries,  Glengarry Glen Ross,  The Rocky Horror Show, It’s a Wonderful Life, Stop Kiss, A Christmas Carol, Speed-the-Plow, How I Learned to Drive, & Proof. He also directed tick, tick… BOOM! and The Frogs for the Janesville Performing Arts Center. He has provided audio and lighting services for artists and groups including Tony Bennett, Buckcherry, Taylor Swift, Dierks Bentley, Sugarland, The Decemberists, Leann Rimes, and Common among many others. Mike is the technical director of the Janesville Performing Arts Center.
